Invitation for Tender for Appointment of Project Management Consultant (PMC) for Redevelopment of Milind Co-operative Housing Society Ltd, Plot No. 6, Sultana Road, Opposite Remington Tower, 9 Bungalows, Andheri (South), Mumbai – 400088.
Invites Tender from reputed and experienced Project Management Consultants (PMC) for providing comprehensive services for the Redevelopment of its existing building of the society, having an area of 1282.5 sq. meters and having 35 members.
The interested PMC firms should have an experience of minimum 5 completed Redevelopment projects in Mumbai.
Tender Cost is Rs. 3000/- (Non-Refundable). Submit your tender to society office. The last date for submission is 27th December 2023 by 1.:00 PM at the Society’s Office. The Society reserves the rights to accept or reject any or all RFPs without assigning any reason thereof.
